- Shipping times vary by location, and will be determined at the time of purchase based on zip code and desired shipping service. All orders placed before 4 pm EST (M-F) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Pricing is only available for online orders placed on JimmyLee Designs.com. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
- Return & Exchange Policy
- Items purchased from JimmyLee Designs.com may be exchange for size only within 7 days of delivery. Customer must contact customer service within 7 days of delivery and obtain an RMA. Items returned without an RMA will not be excepted or processed.
- Returns will only be issued by managers discretion. No refunds will be given under any circumstances after 7 days of delivery.
